Roles

Account Manager
  • Prospect, engage, qualify, deliver, and service clients and potential clients within a predefined geographic territory/market
  • Engage target clients through account activities
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and influencers in the marketplace
  • Qualify potential and current clients and assess their specific needs
  • Qualify requirements for current and future openings. Teach recruiters about these specific needs so they know what they are looking for.
  • Assess the “fill-a-bility” of each opening to ensure we are utilizing our time effectively
  • Ensure that recruiters have an effective recruiting strategy.
  • Become a subject matter expert for understanding the employers in your local market.
  • Service your clients after placements to ensure employee is a successful placement
  • Organize and communicate current openings effectively to recruiting team
Recruiter
  • Source, screen, select, and place candidates for current and future jobs that align with their goals, skills, and interests.
  • Network and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and influencers for referrals for current and future openings.
  • Become subject matter expert with local employer market as well as candidate market
  • Conduct reference checks, to verify quality of work and character, with previous hiring managers for candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation and other requirements of candidates. Become a subject matter expert for pay rates based on skill level and type of work.
  • Partner with Account Manager to help organize and schedule interviews for candidates and clients.
  • Debrief with candidates following interviews to see how their interview went.  Also reassess their interest in the position and what will be required for them to accept a potential offer.
Associate Recruiter
  • Source candidates for current and future jobs
  • Network and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and influencers for referrals for current and future openings.
  • Become subject matter expert with local employer market as well as candidate market
  • Assist Recruiting Partner with day to day functions
